REGISTRATION FEES

Football Registration Fee

$300 per participant

Cheerleading Registration Fee

$400 per participant

Registration fees cover program operations, equipment, uniforms (if applicable), facility use, officials, insurance, and administrative costs.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Parents and guardians may choose one of the following payment options at the time of registration:

Option 1: Pay in Full

  • Full registration fee is due at the time of registration

  • Registration is immediately complete once payment is received

Option 2: Installment Plan

  • A required deposit is due at the time of registration

  • Remaining balance will be invoiced separately through Square

  • Installment invoices must be paid by the stated due dates

Selecting an installment plan is a commitment to pay the full registration fee.

INSTALLMENT PAYMENT POLICY (IMPORTANT)

  • Installment payments are billed through Square after registration

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for monitoring and completing all installment payments

  • Failure to complete installment payments may result in:

    • Suspension from practices or events

    • Removal from participation

Participation may be restricted until all balances are paid in full.

NO REFUND POLICY

All registration fees are non-refundable.

This policy applies to:

  • Injuries or illness

  • Voluntary withdrawal

  • Dismissal for disciplinary reasons

  • Schedule changes

  • Failure to attend practices or events

  • Incomplete documentation

No refunds will be issued for payments made in full or through installment plans.

DISCOUNTS (WHEN AVAILABLE)

Discounts may be offered at the discretion of the organization and may include:

  • Sibling discounts

  • Early registration discounts

Discounts:

  • Must be selected at the time of registration

  • Cannot be applied retroactively

  • Are subject to availability and deadlines

MISSED PAYMENTS

  • Missed installment payments may result in restricted participation

  • Continued non-payment may result in removal from the program without refund

  • Accounts must be current for participation to continue

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By registering a participant, parents and guardians acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to this Fees & Payment Policy.
